30-DAY MANAGED PILOT / HEADS OF User Acquisition

Incident
Compressor

Your dashboards detect changes.
Incident Compressor keeps the investigation moving.

Monitor one acquisition environment, group related platform, MMP, funnel and backend movements into incidents, then route one reviewed next check to the right owner.

THE FIRST MANAGED PILOT

One environment. Thirty days. A traceable incident queue.

FOR
Head of User Acquisition or User Acquisition Lead
SCOPE
One app or product, one agreed metric graph, source set, market and segment boundary
CADENCE
Historical replay, then 30 calendar days of completed-window monitoring and weekly calibration
OUTPUT
Reviewed Incident Cards, incident registry, final Pilot Evidence Pack and one checkpoint
PRICE
Case-specific quote after the source, monitoring and expert-review boundary is accepted

THE JOB

Stop rebuilding incident context from separate alerts.

01

Check the data window

Do not promote reporting delay, stale inputs or source disagreement into a business incident.

02

Join related movements

Keep one episode from turning into separate platform, MMP, funnel and backend investigations.

03

Locate the first break

Separate the broad loss, local amplifiers, mix change and genuinely independent episodes.

04

Keep the route alive

Attach the owner, next check, temporary decision and result to the incident until it closes.

THE PROMISE

Your alerts should not create more investigations than incidents.

Incident Compressor works above the dashboards you already have. It reconciles agreed source definitions, suppresses duplicate evidence, forms incidents and locates the first material break.

Every material route is reviewed before it reaches the team. Automation does the repeated compression work; an expert approves the card, temporary decision and next check.

EACH MATERIAL INCIDENT

One working state. One owner. One next check.

01 / ACT

Make the bounded move.

Evidence supports an action with a declared limit, owner and reversal rule.

02 / CONTAIN

Limit the downside now.

Reduce current exposure without pretending the structural explanation is already proven.

03 / HOLD

Keep the current position—until a named check.

The hold has a deadline, evidence target and maximum exposure. It is not passive waiting.

04 / NOT DECISION-READY

Repair the minimum blocker.

The pack names the smallest measurement repair or test required before the decision can be made.

AFTER 30 DAYS

The pilot decides whether the monitoring route deserves to continue.

CONTINUE

Request a separately priced Private Deployment proposal. No source transfers and no Managed Operations begin until their separate agreements are accepted.

REVISE RULES

If both parties agree, separately scope and price a bounded repeat or extension. New sources, funnels and incident families remain separate changes.

STOP

Monitoring ends and your incident records are exported. The pilot does not quietly become a source-code delivery.

AFTER CONTINUE / NO FORCED LOCK-IN

Receive the runnable source snapshot. Choose who operates it.

01 / PRIVATE DEPLOYMENT

The deployed version becomes inspectable and runnable in the agreed private environment.

After a separate production agreement, you receive the complete source snapshot required to operate that version, its deployment materials and a perpetual internal-use right. Your data, mappings and incident records remain yours.

02 / MANAGED OPERATIONS

Do not inherit another system to babysit.

You may operate the accepted snapshot internally. Managed Operations is an optional, separately priced recurring agreement under which Ascentframe runs the agreed deployment, cadence, covered connectors, calibration, agreed patches and expert-review route. New sources, major upgrades and future Incident Compressor versions remain separate scope.

03 / YOUR FORK

You may modify it. Support follows the version.

Approved client-specific configuration remains supported. Unreviewed code changes outside the canonical snapshot fall outside active support and Managed Operations until the canonical version is restored and verified—or the modified version is accepted under a separately scoped, higher-cost expanded-support agreement.

CLIENT RECEIVES

The runnable source snapshot and perpetual internal-use and modification right. The client owns its data, mappings, configuration and incident records.

ASCENTFRAME RETAINS IP

The generic Incident Compressor core, reusable connector components, development tooling and future versions.

The perpetual right covers the client's own internal operations; resale, public distribution and operating Incident Compressor for third parties are not included.

FIT / NO FIT

A recurring incident job—not another dashboard project.

THIS FITS
  • Material acquisition investigations repeat weekly or more often.
  • Platform, MMP, funnel and backend movements arrive as separate alerts.
  • One Head or Lead owns the material exception queue.
  • One app or product can be bounded for the first pilot.
THIS DOES NOT
  • Daily campaign, adset or creative optimization.
  • Real-time or autonomous alerts, budget changes or rollback actions.
  • A new warehouse, permanent dashboard or complete tracking rebuild.
  • Several apps and unrelated acquisition environments in one pilot.

FROM SCOPE TO EVIDENCE

Managed monitoring, with the human boundary visible.

Automation refreshes agreed observations, checks windows, groups related movements and proposes routes. Expert review remains mandatory before a material card or action reaches the team.

  1. 01Monitoring brief

Name the recurring investigation, business result, source set and incident owner.

  2. 02Readiness and quote

Fix one environment, closed-window rules, exclusions and case-specific commercial terms.

  3. 03Replay and dry run

Check known periods, incident identity, source gaps and delivery rules before client-facing monitoring.

  4. 0430-day monitoring

Run after each agreed completed window—normally daily—and review every material route.

  5. 05Weekly calibration

Review duplicates, noise, misses, source gaps and owner routing without silently changing the contract.

  6. 06Evidence Pack

Receive the registry, reviewed cards and continue, revise-rules or stop recommendation, then hold one checkpoint.

DATA BOUNDARY

Standard exports or approved read-only access are preferred. Personally identifiable user data is normally unnecessary. The secure transfer and client-facing delivery routes are agreed before intake. Do not send credentials or datasets through LinkedIn.

Incident Compressor / recurring monitoring

Start a monitoring project.

Define the environment, recurring investigations, available sources and owner in Project Studio. Your project becomes a working brief you can save, export and discuss.

SEPARATE ENTRY / FIVE BUSINESS DAYS

One difficult incident is already blocking a decision?

Use the Incident Deep Dive.

The five-day engagement remains a separately scoped add-on or standalone exception. It is for one live or recent incident that needs more reconciliation or mechanism work than a normal monitoring card.

Start an incident project

Incident Compressor / one incident

Start an incident project.

Bring the observation, affected scope and decision into Project Studio. Build one brief with the evidence, competing explanations and next check.

SYNTHETIC CASE / INC-01

Six signals enter. One investigation comes out.

SYNTHETIC CASE · INC-01

Six metrics moved.
It was not six incidents.

See how the Compressor separates one primary conversion-path incident, two bounded side episodes and the first reversible check.
